أولاً - مصنع الجواسيس بقاعدة MICE: المخابرات لا تختار جاسوساً بالصدفة، بل تعمل بقاعدة علمية اسمها MICE: المال، الأيديولوجيا، الابتزاز، والأنا. الشاب الفقير الذي يحتاج المال لدفع إيجار بيته يتم تجنيده بالمال. والشاب الغني الذي يبحث عن الشهرة يتم تجنيده بالأنا. والشاب الذي تم تصويره في حفلة فجور يتم تجنيده بالابتزاز. الرصد اليوم يتم على تيك توك وإنستجرام. بينما النموذج الصيني قطع الطريق على هذه القاعدة بمنع منصات التفاهة وتوجيه خوارزميات تيك توك الصيني Douyin لنشر العلم والمهارات. الصين لا تترك ثغرة، بل تملأ وقت الشاب بالتعليم والعمل في مصنع.
ثانياً - الإخوان والسلفيات.. فكر قديم وأداة جديدة: الإخوان تأسست 1928 والسلفية تعود للقرن الثامن عشر، قبل وجود أمريكا كقوة عظمى، لذلك ليست صناعة أمريكية. لكن أمريكا استثمرت فيها بذكاء. في الخمسينات استخدمتها ضد عبد الناصر والشيوعية. وفي الثمانينات مولتها بالسلاح والمال مع السعودية لطرد السوفيت من أفغانستان. حولت شاباً يقرأ كتاباً في مسجد إلى مقاتل بصاروخ ستينجر. بعد 1991 انقلب السلاح عليها. الصين فعلت العكس بعد ثورتها 1949، لم تدخل حروباً أيديولوجية خارجية، بل ركزت على بناء الإنسان ومحو أمية 80% لتصبح أقل من 3%. لم تصدر ثورة، بل صدرت مصانع.
ثالثاً - تفتيت الدول.. درس جنوب السودان: انفصال جنوب السودان لم يكن مؤامرة كتبت في البيت الأبيض، بل نتيجة 50 سنة فشل سوداني. الحرب بدأت 1955 بين شمال عربي مسلم وجنوب إفريقي مسيحي، قبل البشير بـ34 سنة. كل حكومات الخرطوم فشلت في بناء مدرسة أو مستشفى في الجنوب. هنا دخلت إسرائيل منذ الستينات باستراتيجية شد الأطراف لدعم متمردي الجنوب لإشغال الجيش السوداني. ثم دخلت أمريكا بعد مذبحة دارفور ودعمت استفتاء 2011. هي لم تخلق رغبة الانفصال، لكنها استثمرت في غباء النظام. الصين تعرضت لنفس المحاولة بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية وكانت مقسمة ومدمرة، لكنها رفضت التقسيم ورفعت شعار وحدة الصين أولاً وحولت بلداً يموت جوعاً إلى مصنع العالم.
رابعاً - التعليم العام.. مصنع اليأس والهجرة: المدرسة الحكومية اليوم فصل به 80 طالباً على الأرض، ومدرس براتب 4000 جنيه يضطر للدروس الخصوصية، ومنهج حفظ لا علاقة له بسوق العمل. الطالب يخرج لا يعرف جملة إنجليزية ولا مهارة يأكل منها عيشاً. فيسمع عن ابن خالته في إيطاليا فيقرر بيع ذهب أمه ليركب البحر. الإحصائيات تقول 70% من ضحايا مراكب الموت هم من خريجي الفني والمتسربين. الحل الصيني كان جذرياً عام 1978: رفع راتب المعلم أعلى من الطبيب، ومنع الدروس الخصوصية بالسجن، وتحويل كل مدرسة حكومية إلى مصنع صغير وورشة تدوير يتعلم فيها الطالب الرياضيات عبر صناعة قطعة بلاستيك.
خامساً - التعليم الخاص.. من الفيلا إلى المشنقة: كنا نظن طالب الخاص الذي يدفع 150 ألف جنيه محمي، والحقيقة العكس. أصبح الهدف رقم واحد لمافيا المخدرات المستوردة الغالية كوكايين وآيس بـ2000 جنيه للجرعة في حفلات بفيلات الساحل والتجمع. حفلات تخرج تقدم فيها الخمور علناً مع مطربين مهرجانات يغنون عن السلاح والمخدر والجنس. النتيجة كارثية: طلاب مدارس دولية تورطوا في اغتصاب جماعي وقتل تحت تأثير المخدر ودهس وهم مخمورون، وأحكام وصلت للإعدام والمؤبد رغم أنهم أبناء أغنى العائلات. الحل الصيني: أي مدرسة خاصة تثبت فيها مخدرات تغلق وتصادر ويسجن مالكها، وتجبر على تخصيص 30% من أرباحها لإنشاء مصنع تدوير بجانبها يديره الطلاب.
سادساً - وهم السفر.. القاتل الصامت: سمسار يبيع حلم أوروبا براتب 2000 يورو. الحقيقة ثلاث موتات: موت في البحر حيث غرق 500 شاب مصري في 2023 و2024 في مراكب متهالكة تحمل 200 وهي مصممة لـ50. وموت في الصحراء حيث يتم خطف من يسافر براً إلى ليبيا وطلب فدية 100 ألف ومن لا يدفع يقتل ويدفن. وموت قانوني حيث يصل الناجي لمراكز إيواء مهينة بلا عمل لسنتين فيتحول لمريض نفسي يتم تجنيده مقابل ورقة إقامة. الصين كان عندها نفس الموجة في الثمانينات، فبنت فكرة قرى المصانع: مصنع في كل قرية تصدر مهاجرين وقالت لا تسافر لتعمل في مصنع إيطاليا بـ500 يورو، أبني لك نفس المصنع في قريتك بـ600 يورو. عاد 8 مليون مهاجر.
سابعاً - المخدرات كسلاح جنسي وأسري: التقارير الطبية تؤكد 85% من جرائم الاغتصاب والتحرش والعنف الأسري كان المتهم تحت تأثير الشابو والاستروكس. هذه ليست حشيش قديم، بل مخدرات تحول الإنسان لوحش بلا ضمير وتزيد الرغبة العدوانية. شاب يعود من حفلة ليعتدي على خادمة، وزوج يضرب زوجته وأطفاله ويطردهم، وأب يقتل زوجته بسبب هلاوس. المخدرات لم تعد إدماناً فردياً بل وباء يدمر شرف الأسرة ويزرع الرعب. مجتمع مفكك أسرياً هو مجتمع ضعيف يسهل اختراقه مخابراتياً. الصين واجهت حرب الأفيون مع بريطانيا بنفس الأسلوب: إعدام تاجر المخدرات في ميدان عام وسجن المتحرش 20 سنة، وبناء مصحات علاج مجاني.
ثامناً - الحل الجذري الصيني لمصر: الحل ليس مساعدات مالية، بل نقل نموذج. أولاً: هيكلة الدولة مثل الصين 1978 عبر إلغاء آلاف الإجراءات البيروقراطية التي تخنق المصنع. ثانياً: ثورة مصانع التدوير: مصر تنتج 90 مليون طن قمامة سنوياً يمكن تحويلها بـ1000 مصنع تدوير صيني إلى 10 مليارات دولار و2 مليون فرصة عمل. ثالثاً: كل مدرسة = مصنع تدوير. رابعاً: طريق الحرير التعليمي: 10 آلاف معلم مصري يتدربون في الصين على ربط التعليم بالمصنع. زيارة الرئيس الصيني يجب أن تتحول من بروتوكول إلى مشروع قومي.
The Conspiracy and the Loophole - Why the Chinese President's Visit is the Lifeline?
