أعلن رفضي الكامل والصريح لأي توسع غير مبرر في أعداد المستشارين والمساعدين والمنسقين داخل مؤسسات الدولة، خاصة في وقت يعيش فيه المواطن المصري واحدة من أصعب الفترات الاقتصادية في تاريخه الحديث.
كيف يُطلب من المواطن أن يتحمل الغلاء، وارتفاع الأسعار، والرسوم، والضرائب، وتقليص الدعم، بينما تتضخم الهياكل الإدارية بمسميات لا يفهم المواطن ضرورتها ولا يعرف تكلفة استمرارها على الموازنة العامة؟
إن القضية ليست قضية أشخاص، وإنما قضية مبدأ. فالدولة التي تطالب شعبها بالتقشف، عليها أولًا أن تقدم نموذجًا واضحًا في ترشيد الإنفاق، وأن تشرح للرأي العام: لماذا هذا العدد؟ وما هي الضرورة؟ وما هي النتائج التي تحققت؟
أرفض تمامًا أن تتحول الوظائف الاستشارية إلى مشهد يثير التساؤلات أكثر مما يقدم الإجابات. وأرفض أن يبقى المواطن بعيدًا عن معرفة حقيقة ما يُنفق من أموال عامة، ومن حقه أن يسأل: هل كل هذه المناصب ضرورة وطنية، أم أن الوقت قد حان لمراجعة شاملة للهياكل الإدارية؟
إن مصر التي نحبها ونخاف عليها لا تحتاج إلى تضخم إداري، بل تحتاج إلى الكفاءة، والمحاسبة، والشفافية، وتقليل النفقات غير الضرورية، وتوجيه كل جنيه إلى التعليم، والصحة، والإنتاج، وتحسين حياة المواطن.
رسالتي واضحة: كفى تضخمًا في الهياكل الإدارية، وكفى تحميلًا للمواطن أعباءً إضافية دون مراجعة جادة لكل أوجه الإنفاق العام.
فاحترام المواطن لا يكون بالشعارات، وإنما بإدارة رشيدة، وشفافية كاملة، ومحاسبة حقيقية، وإعلان واضح: كم ننفق؟ ولماذا ننفق؟ وما الذي عاد على الوطن من كل هذا الإنفاق؟
إن الوطن لا يقاس بعدد المستشارين، وإنما بعدد الإنجازات التي يشعر بها المواطن في حياته اليومية.

I completely reject.. Egypt does not need an army of advisors, but rather an administration that respects citizens’ money. I declare my complete and frank rejection of any unjustified expansion in the numbers of advisors, assistants, and coordinators within state institutions, especially at a time when the Egyptian citizen is living through one of the most difficult economic periods in his modern history. How are citizens asked to bear the high prices, rising prices, fees, taxes, and reduced subsidies, while administrative structures are bloated with names whose necessity the citizen does not understand and does not know the cost of their continuation on the general budget? The issue is not an issue of people, but rather an issue of principle. A state that demands austerity from its people must first provide a clear model for rationalizing spending, and explain to public opinion: Why this number? What is the necessity? What results were achieved? I absolutely reject consulting jobs becoming a spectacle that raises more questions than answers. I refuse to allow the citizen to remain far from knowing the truth about the public funds being spent, and he has the right to ask: Are all these positions a national necessity, or is the time ripe for a comprehensive review of the administrative structures? The Egypt that we love and fear for does not need administrative inflation, but rather efficiency, accountability, transparency, reducing unnecessary expenses, and directing every pound to education, health, production, and improving the life of the citizen. My message is clear: Enough with the inflation in administrative structures, and enough with placing additional burdens on citizens without a serious review of all aspects of public spending. Respect for the citizen is not achieved through slogans, but rather through rational management, complete transparency, true accountability, and a clear announcement: How much do we spend? Why do we spend? What benefit did all this spending bring to the country?
