بمناسبة عيد العمال، نؤكد أن حقوق العمال التزامات قانونية ملزمة، تكفلها الدساتير والاتفاقيات الدولية، وليست محل تأجيل أو انتقاص.

إن أي تقصير في الأجور العادلة، أو بيئة العمل الآمنة، أو الحقوق النقابية، يُعد إخلالًا صريحًا بسيادة القانون ويستوجب المساءلة.

ندعو إلى تطبيق فعّال لقوانين العمل، وتعزيز الرقابة، وضمان حماية حقيقية لكرامة العامل باعتبارها أساسًا للتنمية والاستقرار.

كل عام وعمال العالم وحقوقهم مصونة بالقانون

On the occasion of International Workers’ Day, we affirm that workers’ rights are legally binding obligations, guaranteed by constitutions and international conventions, and are not subject to delay or diminution.

Any failure to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, or trade union rights constitutes a clear breach of the rule of law and entails accountability.

We call for the effective enforcement of labor laws, the strengthening of oversight mechanisms, and the assurance of genuine protection for workers’ dignity as a fundamental pillar of development and stability.

Happy International Workers’ Day to workers around the world. May their rights always be protected by law.
